It's never too early or late to start yoga.
We are born with a spirit and leave this world as that spirit, a core individual our whole lives no matter our age, our experiences or who we try to be or try to forget. We remain the same.
An individual can start yoga at any age. It's never too early -- as we see it in prenatal classes with the baby in the womb, we see it in baby yoga classes, kid classes and so on. It's never too late to start either! We see this in beginner classes from ages 20 through 100, we see it in senior classes and private lessons. Yogis of all ages come to the mat to unleash that core individual they hold inside their spirit.
Age, along with the curiosity and beauty around each year should be celebrated, and just not on our birthdays. The breath of a baby, the movement of a child, the grace of a teenager, the defined body of a young adult, the softness of a full grown woman and man as well as the beautiful wrinkles of the elderly are celebrated in yoga. Yoga knows no age, only that core spirit. Celebrating the individual and the body that the spirit resides in.
Yoga is age defying, and at your core ... so are you.
Just look below at all the opportunities to not only celebrate but to defy age!
