Join us Sunday, December 22nd for our cozy, winter sound bath led by Caroline. For this event you can bring anything to help keep you warm and comfortable including your own blankets, boulsters, pillows, etc. We also have extra mats and blankets for you to borrow at the studio. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a water. Please reach out with any questions!
