The Reawakening Of The Light Within You Event

The highly anticipated season of summer represents an aliveness in nature full of bounty,

beauty, and abundance. It serves as a symbol for life and the endless opportunities that wait for

you. To help guide our transition into summer, yoga teacher and wellness specialist, Katie

Sayad, will be hosting this event.

This workshop is designed to help us uncover the asanas, breathwork, meditation practices,

nutrition, and adapting our lifestyles to find the health, balance, and energy to keep our vitality

up in sync with nature. This will be an opportune time to be with yourself, quiet your mind,

meditate, journal, celebrate how far you’ve come, and soak in the pure nectar of this bright

season ahead.
