A Sister Circle is an opportunity for women to come together to inspire, listen, support and connect with each other. Â The session consists of meditation, movement, journaling and sharing.
Women will walk away from this class feeling empowered and supported. Â Each circle will have a different theme and the themes will be designed to encourage participants to go inward.
The Sister Circle is about unity and having love and respect for the other women.
