A Sister Circle is an opportunity for women to come together to inspire, listen, support and connect with each other. The session consists of meditation, movement, journaling and sharing.
Women will walk away from this class feeling empowered and supported. Each circle will have a different theme and the themes will be designed to encourage participants to go inward.
The Sister Circle is about unity and having love and respect for the other women.
