Join us for a Heart Chakra Balance and Energy Healing Workshop using the Ancient Healing Arts of Acupuncture, Gentle Yoga, and Guided Meditation. Together we will learn about Traditional Chinese Medicine’s Heart channel and how it corresponds with the Heart Chakra. A series of Acupuncture treatments will be given throughout the class. Please wear clothing that exposes hands, wrists, ankles, and feet.
