Join Amy and Katy for our yearly New Year Reiki & Vision Board event. We will take you through a guided meditation/yoga nidra, Reiki and create a vision board for new intentions and empowerment in the new year.

About the Event
Let's Create an empowerment vision board!!
We will focus individually on our own energy and also share energy as a group. This increases our electromagnetic signature also individually and as a group. Working in tandem we create a beautiful sacred space for all to share energy. Each one of us will share divine sacred time in this space.
Through breath work we will activate our parasympathetic system to rest and digest coming into a trance like state. As you relax you will be guided into a soothing and restorative Yoga Nidra and rotation of consciousness. This allows deep release and you surrender with support.
Once you're nestled into complete comfort and bliss you will enjoy Manifestation Activation though Shamanic Journey from Katy while Amy administers Reiki.
This is an effective energetic way to clear, cleanse, align, release and make space to create! After all we'll be creating vision boards directly…
