Autumn Equinox: Letting go of the past

As we greet the changing  landscape of autumn, we are  invited to release old paradigms, limited beliefs,  heavy feelings that no longer  serve us. Join in this two hour  workshop and become transformed. We will journey to our past to visit and heal old wounds.
