Join us for a night of gentle healing with the ancient art of Acupuncture coupled with soothing Sound Healing. In this session we will be taking a journey starting with a short meditation as well as gentle movement to prepare the body to receive acupuncture. Lay back relax to the calming sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls while acupuncture treatments are given for the nourishment of our mind, body, and spirit.
Please wear loose clothing or clothes that pull up to expose arms and ankles. Dress for comfort and bring any pillows and blankets needed to feel fully supported.
