Breathwork Private Sessions

What to Expect

If you're craving that personal one-on-one touch, you're in luck! Sessions typically last 75 - 90 minutes. Together, we'll clarify what you'd like to work on and set intentions for the coaching session. Guided by my voice and a curated musical playlist, I'll facilitate your breathwork journey. You'll release trauma, stress, and anxiety while also cultivating clarity and confidence using the power of your breath. After the session, you'll receive journaling prompts and instructions. My role is to ensure you feel safe and guide you through any life obstacles you're facing.

Why 1:1 Sessions?

In my one-on-one Breathwork coaching sessions, I provide a personalized and supportive environment for individuals to delve into their breath and undergo personal growth. With my guidance, participants feel safe to explore and release emotional blockages, heal from past traumas, and deepen their self-awareness. Through this transformative process, clients develop a stronger connection with themselves, build resilience, and foster overall healing and growth.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is essentially a practice of various breathing styles. Most of these practices originate from ancient yoga traditions based on pranayama, which translates to "the regulation of breath through certain techniques and exercises."

Breathwork serves as an active form of meditation, where we intentionally manipulate our breath to transcend the confines of our mind and enter a heightened state of awareness. Within our bodies lie stored emotions and traumas, intricately woven into our cells and tissues. Through specific breathing practices guided by a professional, we engage in deep breathwork, catalyzing the release of these stored energies.

This intentional breathing isn't just about altering our breath patterns; it's a holistic experience that triggers our vagus nerve, steering us away from the grips of fight-or-flight and guiding us into a state of serene relaxation—the parasympathetic state. Breathwork, at its core, is more than a technique; it's a profound tool enabling us to transition from mental rumination to embodied sensation. It invites us to reconnect with our physical selves, granting respite to our nervous system, and quieting the ceaseless chatter of our minds.
