Service Description

This Yoga Style Class encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. The ambiance alone will melt all of your stresses away. With the use of props, you will be holding a combination of yin and restorative postures for several minutes followed by a short meditation. Expect to leave rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of the week!!
