Mommy and Me is a fun yoga class for mothers and babies. This class provides moms the opportunity to regain strength and tone muscles while bonding & playing with their babies. Moms can begin to build strength and confide while spending precious time with baby through play and yoga postures. Kids up to 2 yrs.
